How much is delivery?
Delivery within the Rep of Ireland 10.00 euro. Northern Ireland and mainland UK 20.00 euro.The rest of world 25.00 euro, please Contact 00 353 1 882 30 52 for further details. All deliveries outside of Ireland are carried out by registered track and trace parcel post.
How long does delivery take?
The majority of deliveries within Ireland can take up to 5 working days from dispatch, Europe up to 7 days, Rest of World up to 15 days.(Depending on location and weather conditions)
How will I know when to expect my delivery?
Our courier will usually contact you by telephone on or prior to the day of delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time.Important Note:Please remember to include a contact telephone number when placing your order.(ROI only)
What happens if I'm out when a delivery is attempted?
Don’t worry our couriers will reattempt delivery, However if unsuccessful a third time your order may be returned to us. This is deemed as a new delivery and will incur a new delivery charge at the rate then current.
Delivery to a business address or nominated place of delivery.(ROI only)
Where a business address or nominated place of delivery is chosen as the preferred delivery address,please be aware that our couriers may not be able to have the order signed for by the person who originally placed the order. The parcel may be left with goods in,the post room,the reception area,your nominee etc,where the courier will obtain a signature for your order. To avoid any confusion please only arrange delivery to your work place etc once you have confirmed that the above is acceptable. Neither boltonprint.ie nor our preferred couriers can be held responsible for any loss or damage once your order has been delivered.
How will my goods be packaged?
All our goods are packed to a very high standard to ensure that they arrive in pristine condition.
Delivery Damaged or Missing Items
Where goods have been damaged then we advise the following in order to have a valid claim.
Send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 hour of receipt of goods and please include the following information: Your online Order or invoice number and a accurate description of the problem.
Provide digital images of the parcel where possible

Do I have to sign for the goods I receive?
Yes, all customers or their nominated agents are required to sign for the goods they receive as proof of delivery.Customers who do not follow proper procedure may find that the courier will refuse delivery. (Couriers discretion) or will invalidate any claim they may have for damaged or missing goods. All our parcels have track and trace.
