Referral Reward Programme Terms and Conditions

In order to qualify for Bolton Print’s Client Referral Reward Programme the following terms and conditions will apply: The “Referrer” relates to the person who has recommended someone to use our service. The “Referred” relates to the person that is being recommended by “the Referrer” to Bolton Print.
1/. A referral payment is only paid to the referrer if the order is from a new client and the client has not had any previous contact or has previously placed an order with Bolton Print.
2/. All referral payment amounts are nett calculated and paid minus vat at the current rate.
3/. If a new client has been referred by multiple people we will only reward the person that first provided the referral.
4/. All order(s) must be strictly paid for in advance by the referred.
5/. Payment of the referral fee will only be processed when the referred person has taken receipt of their completed order.
6/. The programme is open to all residents in the Republic of Ireland only,
7/. All referral amounts must be accepted as offered.
8/. Bolton Print reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value.
9/. All details published are correct at time of going to press.
10/.The decision of Bolton Print Directors on any referral amount is final.
11/. Participants must be prepared to co-operate with any publicity arising from the programme.
12/. Participants must be aged 18 or over.
13/. Bolton Print must not already have received details of the referred person prior to the referral or have their details on their database.
14/. Participants must have already pre-registered their details with Bolton Print by completing a registration form and submitting it for our approval in order to be eligible for the programme.
15/. All previous memorial orders on or prior to February 6th 2012 cannot be included in the programme.
16/. Payments to the referrer can take up to a maximum of 45 working day to process.
17/. No claim will be considered without documentary evidence of the referral.
18/. Bolton Print retains the right to change or alter the referral programme at any time.
19/. Under no circumstances can the referrer ever claim that they are employed by Bolton Print.
20/. The referrer should never make false promises/claims regarding any of Bolton Print Products.
21/. Bolton Print reserves the right to end the programme at any given time, without prior notice or explanation.
22/. Bolton Print reserves the right refuse any person or persons who they feel may not be appropriate to be included in the programme and the decision of Bolton Print is final.
23/. It is the referrers responsibility to contact Bolton Print with any changes in their personal details.
24/. All referral amounts are paid on a percentage of the total amount ordered minus vat up to a maximum of 10% of the nett amount.
25/. Applications completed online will receive a confirmation via email)
26/. By receiving a referral fee, the referrer is responsible for paying any applicable personal tax etc.
27/. The referral reward programme only applies to memorial orders.
