How much is delivery?
Delivery within the Rep of Ireland 15.00 euro, Northern Ireland and mainland UK 22.00 euro and the rest of world 35.00 euro, please Contact 00 353 1 838 88 10 for further details. All items dispatched are done so by courier and will have a track and trace reference number which will be supplied to you by email on the day of dispatch.

How long does delivery take?
The majority of deliveries within Ireland (Including Dublin) can take anything between 2-5 working days, Europe up to 7 days and the rest of the World will depend on geographical location and the time of the year.

How will I know when to expect my delivery? ( ROI only)
The carrier company will usually contact you by telephone on or prior to the day of delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time. Important Note: Please remember to include a contact telephone number on your order form when submitting same.

What happens if I'm out when a delivery is attempted? ( ROI only )
Don’t worry the carrier company will usually reattempt delivery, However if unsuccessful a third time your order may be returned to us. This is deemed as a new delivery and will incur a new delivery charge at the rate then current.

Delivery to a business address or nominated place of delivery.(ROI only)
Where a business address or nominated place of delivery is chosen as the preferred delivery address, please be aware that the carrier may not be able to have the order signed for by the person who originally placed the order. The parcel may be left with goods in, the post room, the reception area, your nominee etc, where the carrier will obtain a signature for your order. To avoid any confusion please only arrange delivery to your work place etc once you have confirmed that the above is acceptable. Neither nor its preferred carrier will be held responsible for any loss or damage once your order has been delivered.

How will my goods be packaged?
All our goods are packed to a very high standard to ensure that they arrive in pristine condition.

My Delivery is Damaged
When goods have been damaged we advise the following in order to have a valid claim.
Send an email to: within one hour of receipt of goods and please include the following information: Your online order number or name of deceased person and a accurate description of the damage. Provide digital photographs of the parcel and product.

Do I have to sign for the goods I receive?
Yes, all customers or their nominated agents are required to sign for the goods they receive as proof of delivery (POD) . Customers who do not follow proper procedure may find that the carrier will refuse delivery (Discretion of carrier) and will further invalidate any claim you may have for damaged or missing goods. All our parcels have track and trace.
